In conjunction with the launch of the AWA Lounge feature in Taiwan, we will be revising the AWA Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy for Taiwan and services provided in collaboration with our designated partners. (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") as of October 10, 2025. The details are as follows.
【Revisions】
Changes to the Titles of the Terms
"TERMS OF USE FOR AWA DESIGNATED PROCESSOR COOPERATIVE SERVICES" will be changed to "AWA TERMS OF USE (For Taiwan and services provided in collaboration with our designated partners.)."
"COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FOR AWA DESIGNATED PROCESSOR COOPERATIVE SERVICES" will be changed to "AWA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (For Taiwan and services provided in collaboration with our designated partners.)."
"PRIVACY POLICY FOR AWA DESIGNATED PROCESSOR COOPERATIVE SERVICES" will be changed to "AWA PRIVACY POLICY (For Taiwan and services provided in collaboration with our designated partners.)."
Deletion of Article 3
The following article will be deleted:
The term “user” as used in these Terms of Use shall mean a person who uses the Service after clicking on a URL that directly transitions to the Service issued by Other Processor.
Removal of Language Targeting Only Users of Designated Partner Services
Wording and phrases within each of the Terms that exclusively target users of designated partner services have been removed.

The following content has been added:
About the requirements of monetization
Users(excluding those who access and use this Service by clicking on a URL that directly leads to the Service, issued by our designated partners listed at the end of this document; the same shall apply hereinafter in these notes) can only monetize "LOUNGE" held by themselves if they meet all of the following requirements. Furthermore, if this company deems or discovers that a user does not meet any of the following requirements, at any point in time, along with the ability to stop and restrict monetization, it will not bear any obligation of payment of royalties (refer to the Agreement on Rewards in LOUNGE) that have already been incurred.
