We would like to inform you that AWA plans to end support for Apple’s iOS versions iOS 16 and earlier in January 2026.
Devices affected: iOS 16
You will still be able to use AWA after support ends; however, you will no longer be able to update the app to the latest version. In addition, some features may not function properly in the future.
Updating your device to the latest iOS version will ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience on AWA. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask that you update the OS on your iOS device in advance.
To check your current iOS version, please open the Settings app.
For instructions on how to update iOS, please contact Apple or your mobile carrier.
We will announce the final supported version in the App Store update notes.
