In relation to the issue on iOS9


Thanks for using AWA.
At the moment we have confirmed some cases of not being able to renew subscriptions when using iOS9.
The same issue has been confirmed on other apps as well, and we are currently asking Apple to check, investigate, and work on this issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask customers who have been effected by this issue to kindly follow the below mentioned method to renew subscriptions.
(1) Tap “Settings” from the menu at the top of the screen
(2) Tap “Account”
(3) Tap “Switch plan”
(4) Tap “Restore last purchase”
We are currently working sequentially to fix all issues including the above mentioned one.
