[Resolved] Regarding the Issue that an authentication error occurs

Thank you for using AWA.

From 2:30pm to 3:40pm on Monday, November 18, some customers have failed to authenticate and may not be able to play music contents, but is now resolved.

We would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused for our users.
