Section 1 General Rules
Article 1 (Terms)

These terms apply to all services utilized by the user, including the services applications (hereafter referred to as “the applications”), the services website, contents provided in the services, and accompanying products and services.
The user is considered as giving their consent to these terms at any of the points in time stipulated in the below items.
(1) When the user downloads the application, runs it for the first time, and starts using this service.
(2) When the user acquires the code that makes it possible to embed (hereinafter referred to as embed code) the Embed Player (defined separately in these terms) into a website, blog or SNS etc. that the user manages (hereinafter referred to as the user's website etc.)
(3) Further, the user is considered as giving their consent to the terms when the specified application for this service is completed using the service application method specified by a Processor prescribed by the Company in the following List of Specified Processors (hereinafter referred to as “Other Processor”).AWA may modify, add, revise, or delete the content of these terms without previous notice to the user. Provided, however, AWA shall notify users in advance if it is of serious disadvantage to users.
In the event of circumstances in the previous paragraph, AWA will provide notice to users after the fact in accordance with the method established in Article 4.

Before AWA makes revisions to these terms, it shall determine the time when the revisions shall become effective, and after they have been revised, shall notify the user through the method specified in Article 4 regarding the revisions to these terms and the date the revisions have gone into effect.
Article 24 (Immunity)

With the exception of when the cause is attributable to AWA, AWA shall bear no responsibility for damages to the user due to their own usage or inability to use the services.

With the exception of when the cause is attributable to AWA, AWA shall bear no responsibility for damages to the user due to their own usage or inability to use the services.
Even should damages as described in the previous paragraph are caused due to negligence by AWA, the scope of AWA's liability shall be limited to what is specified in the following items.
(1)All Paid Users who contractually signed up for a plan, as stipulated in Article 9 (information fee) Paragraph 1 Items 1 to 5: The scope of each monthly information fee or annual information fee as stipulated in Article 9 (information fee) Paragraph Items 1 to 5
(2)Free Users: The scope of damages that occurs normally

Article 17 (Using the comment function)
It is possible to use the comment function when using this service, but users themselves shall be held liable for any comments they post.
Article 18 (Deletion of comments)
The user shall not post any comments that contain or may contain any of the following, be it intentionally or accidentally. If AWA determines that posts contain or may contain the following, or if a third party requests deletion of a post and this request is deemed pertinent, such posts may be deleted without the consent of the user. AWA is not obliged to disclose the reason for the deletion.
(Anything that violates laws, public order, and standards of decency
Anything that infringes upon the property, reputation, credibility, intellectual property, privacy rights, publicity rights, etc. of AWA or third parties
Anything that encompasses slander, baseless criticism, falsehoods, harassment, discrimination, expressions of violence, fraud, obscenity or explicit sexual expressions
Anything that facilitates crimes, such as participating in a crime or implying involvement in one, or there is a risk that a crime might be committed, such as instruction on how to commit a crime
Anything that significantly deviates from the purpose of this app and this service
Anything that can be considered for-profit or advertising
Anything that includes an URL web address
Anything that includes information that can be used to identify individuals (such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.,) anything with the purpose of collecting personal information without the consent of the person involved or through fraudulent means
Acts of unfair competition, such as the disclosure of trade secrets of others
Religious activities, group solicitation
Anything that interferes with the operation of this app or this service, or interferes with the use of this website or service by other users and third parties
The impersonation of other users or third parties
Furthermore, any content that is deemed inappropriate by AWA
Please note that this service does not allow the posting of comments that AWA deems to encompass slander, discriminatory content, content that violates the public order and standards of decency, or infringes upon privacy.
Article 19 (Use by AWA)
AWA may reproduce all comments posted by the user in the service without remuneration and use them in any way without notifying the user who posted the comment with the purpose of offering this app or this service to users or for the purposes related to advertising, and they may also be provided to or used by third parties.
Based on the preceding, the user shall not waive his or her portrait rights or moral rights with regard to the use by AWA or by third parties.
