[Resolved] Regarding the issue wherein "This track is not available at the moment" is always displayed after selecting a track through the Music Identification feature

For the time period from August 4th at 9:00 PM through August 7th at 12:00 PM, 2017, a system error occurred which caused the message "This track is not available at the moment" to display when identifying a song with the Music Identification feature regardless of whether or not that track was available on AWA. This error has since been fixed.

During this period, it is possible that the "This track is not available at the moment" error message was displayed even for tracks available through our service.

Please check your identification history for tracks which may have been identified while this error was occurring. If you find that you attempted to identify music during this time period, you will need to search for each track individually using the Keyword Search to see if they are available through our service.

We would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused for our users.
