Article 9 (Information Fee)

（6）Student Plan (Standard plans for students)
Monthly information fee: 480 yen (includes consumption tax)
※No annual Student Plan is available.
※Users of this plan are required to have valid student IDs that will be verified by the company, and the period of validity shall be one year from the point of application. The company will verify the user's student ID again before the end of each period of validity, and in the event that the user cannot be verified to be a student, the user's plan will be automatically converted into the plan set forth under Item 2, Paragraph 1 of this Article upon the expiration of the contract period stipulated in the following Paragraph.

2. Even should damages as described in the previous paragraph are caused due to negligence by AWA, the scope of AWA's liability shall be limited to what is specified in the following items.
（1）All paying members who contractually signed up for a plan, as stipulated in Article 9 (information fee) Paragraph 1 Items 1 to 6: The scope of each monthly information fee or annual information fee as stipulated in Article 9 (information fee) Paragraph Items 1 to 6
