Revision (1): Updates in connection with the end of new billing via carrier payment
As previously announced, due to changes to our payment system, AWA will discontinue carrier billing as of Monday, November 17, 2025. In line with this change, we have updated certain descriptions regarding the billing/collection service providers.

Method and Timing of Payment of Fees

Billing and collection for this Service are handled by Apple Inc., Google Inc., Stripe, Inc., Boku, Inc., and other handling entities designated by us and listed in our roster of designated handling entities (collectively, the “Other Handling Entities”). The method and timing of payment of fees are determined by the rules of the Billing/Collection Service Providers.
Fees are charged when you complete the application procedure for a paid plan, and debited on the date specified under your contract with the Billing/Collection Service Provider. As this Service uses automatic renewal, subscription-based billing features provided by App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, Boku Managed Subscription, and the Other Handling Entities, charges will continue unless you cancel auto-renewal yourself via the App Store or Google Play Store, the AWA official website (https://awa.fm), or other methods specified by the applicable entity.
