[Update 5/7 14:00] About the issue that subscriptions on the App Store are not automatically renewed

Thank you for using AWA.

From May 5, 2021 to the present, some customers who have AWA subscriptions on the App Store have confirmed an issue where their subscriptions are not automatically renewed even though the renewal date has been reached.

We are currently working with Apple to investigate the cause and resolve the problem.

To customers who have experienced this event (updated 5/7 14:00)

If you are experiencing this event, please select any plan on the "AWA" page of the App Store subscription management page and re-subscribe.

If you are unable to re-subscribe using the above method, please log in with your AWA account on the AWA official website and subscribe to the STANDARD plan.

* Due to the consumption tax increase from October 1, 2019, the price for those who subscribe to the STANDARD plan after October 1, 2019 has been changed to ¥ 980. (For details, please refer to this notice)
If you are experiencing this issue for customers who have subscribed before 9/30/2019, you can re-subscribe by selecting the previous rate plan from the subscription management of the App Store. If 30 days or more pass without re-subscribing, the plan that you previously subscribed to may disappear due to the specifications of the App Store, so please re-register as soon as possible.
