[Update 5/7 14:00] About the issue that subscriptions on the App Store are not automatically renewed

Thank you for using AWA.

From May 5, 2021 to the present, some customers who have AWA subscriptions on the App Store have confirmed an issue where their subscriptions are not automatically renewed even though the renewal date has been reached.

We are currently working with Apple to investigate the cause and resolve the problem.

[Resolved] Regarding the Issue that an authentication error occurs

From 2:30pm to 3:40pm on Monday, November 18, some customers have failed to authenticate and may not be able to play music contentm, but is now resolved.

We would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused for our users.

If you should notice any other problems with our service, feel free to contact us through the app by going to Settings → About → Contact.

[Resolved] Regarding the issue wherein "This track is not available at the moment" is always displayed after selecting a track through the Music Identification feature

For the time period from August 4th at 9:00 PM through August 7th at 12:00 PM, 2017, a system error occurred which caused the message "This track is not available at the moment" to display when identifying a song with the Music Identification feature regardless of whether or not that track was available on AWA. This error has since been fixed....
